Senator Binos sponsor 250 youths on solar technology training in Adamawa.

A total of two hundred and fifty (250) youths from Adamawa Southern Senatorial zone have been sponsored by Senator Binos Dauda Yaroe for a five (5) days training and empowerment program on solar PV technologies in Adamawa state.

Flagging off the training at Pwanobato event Centre in Numan local government area in the state Tuesday, Senator Yaroe

expressed gratitude to his constituents for giving another opportunity to be in the Senate again saying that the training has been part of his desire to assist his constituency with valuable projects with direct bearing on the people.

Represented by the Director General of Binos campaign team,Hon.Katawan Boniface, Yaroe said that the youths were carefully selected from the nine (9) local government areas in the district with a view to groove them to be experts in solar technology which stand to be a global trend.

Yaroe explained that 28 participants were drawn from each of the 9 local council noting that initially 50 youths were trained and empowered in the same vein as one of the former beneficiary has already secured admissions to further his knowledge in Russia.

He enjoined the beneficiaries to take their trainings with all seriousness it deserve so that at the end of the program,they can also be employers of labour in their own little ways.

In his keynote speech, the technical trainer,Engineer Ibrahim Taoreed Bayo commended Senator Yaroe for the gesture to his constituents stressing that the traineers will be impacted with the current global standard technical knowledge on solar installation, functionalities and maintenance so that they can be well grounded in all aspects.

Bayo urge the youths to be active in learning the skills acquisition trainings which would help in sharping their capabilities in the world of technology reminding them that the world is fast becoming digital.

Corroborating in the same vein, An official of the National Energy Commission Abuja, Engineer Bamaiyi stated that the training was a taken in a  collaborative approach between the federal government, National Directorate of Employment,NDE ,Alkaf Global Investment Resource limited.

Bamaiyi advised the beneficiaries to use this golden opportunity to develop themselves for their communities by expanding the training to their people after the trainings.

In their separate good will messages, the Commissioner of Women Affairs, Hon.Neido Kofulto Geoffrey and the Chairman of Numan local government council,Hon.Innocen Kotto applauded the Senator Yaroe wisdom in touching people lives in many ways.

The training which commenced Tuesday 24th would be rounding up on the 28th September 2024 accordingly.
