Gov. Buni Orders SEMA To Provide Emergency Support To Disaster Victims

Yobe State Governor Hon. Mai Mala Buni has directed the State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA) to provide emergency support to disaster victims across the state.
To comply with the directive of the governor, the Yobe SEMA team led by the Executive Secretary reached out to communities affected by the farmers-herders clash and farm inferno from Marmaris/ Gudugurka, Ngelwande and Bembande.
While presenting the items SEMA commiserated with victims and applauded their resilience during these trying moments.
SEMA thanks the National Emergency Management Agency(NEMA) Northeast for always keying in and complementing government efforts in responding to disasters.
Fune LGA Chair Alhaji Goni Bade thanked the Yobe state government for ensuring the victims were not forgotten and Relief was provided to them, praying for God to protect this and other communities from any form of disaster.
