Throughout Buni’s political career, he has strived to uplift his people, he has contributed to local state and national development, especially at the epic battle of 2015 general elections, when he fought politically against the oppressive government to a standstill, since he emerged the democratically elected governor of Yobe state, he has impacted directly on the life of his people through developmental projects and programmes, he has uplifted thousand of youths from poverty and joblessness. He carried everyone along irrespective of political affiliations, he has canvassed and partner with national and internally investors. Gov.Buni has transformed every sector of the government, especially health, education and agriculture been an agrarian state.

Leadership itself is merely the opportunity to serve and power is a God -given resource with which we are meant to change life’s for the betterment

His Excellency, Mai Mala Buni is bold and willing to show the world what he has achieved in the task to chart the critical path to total political and economic emancipation of the previous Government of the peoples Democratic party (PDP) from the emerging of democracy in 1999 to their crash in 2015, an election that will forever remain history in the political dispensation of Nigeria’s democracy.

Gov. Buni is among those who ushered in the current political dispensation and was the pioneer Yobe state chairman of the action Congress (AC) and later the All Nigerian peoples party (ANPP) who are both legacy of the ruling all progressive Congress (Apc) a political gladiator with volumniuos records and unquestionable principles.

This is therefore, another great opportunity for Buni to lead the good people of Yobe to the promised land of abundant opportunities, his rare courage of conviction and sense of purpose. His Excellency, Mai Mala Buni, the executive Governor of Yobe state, has so far, proven to be a leader of high ethics and morality, who exhibited uncommon wisdom, remarkable vision, and exemplary leadership, he is someone worthy of emulation.
