Retirement Age: Adamawa State Ministry For Local Government Honored Mr Joel Tika

The employees of the ministry for local government affairs of Adamawa state, organized a party for one of their employee Mr.Joel Tika, who was the director for local government affairs, who completed his 35 years of government service, in Yola.
Speaking at the reception the commissioner of the ministry, Hon Ibrahim Yayaji Mijinyawa, praised Mr Tika saying that his important contribution to the development of the state is unmatched.
He said “Tika a person who worked under our ministry for …, and he gave all the necessary contribution to ensure that we achieve success, and being in as his staff for 3 years, I have seen that.
“In addition to achieving these achievements for Adamawa, Tika is not just a person, after all, he is a person who always works in layers, in order to ensure that we achieve success in everything we do. We thank you Sir, for all your contributions. We wish you the best.
“And as you’re going out today, you’re not going to suffer, you’re under going out of detergent, but we will remain together, we are together, we see there either there is good, together we can also make our dream and building new Adamawa state comes to reality.
“So, please if you go outside don’t think like you’re now an outsider still you’re an insider” he said.
Speaking to the media, Mr.Joel M Tika expressed his happiness at the honor given to him by the ministry’s staff, and said, “I thank God for the honor given to me by the staff of the local government ministry, particularly Commissioner and Permanent Secretary.
“To other employees such as the Director and Unit Head, I thank you for your support throughout the time I have been working until now when I quit my job.
“They honored me, they gave me gifts to show the time we had together and they enjoyed being with me. I really enjoyed it too. I hope that each of them will finish their work happily and happily, they will also honor them like me,” said Tika.
Speaking about what he will do in the future, Mr Tika said, “There is nothing I will do in the future except agriculture and politics, when the time comes for politics, I will do it,” he emphasized.
Many speakers at the meeting praised how they have worked with Mr. Joel Tika for years, without having any problems with him.
