The Borno state Attorney General and commissioner for justice, Barrister,Hauwa Abubakar has congratulated Governor Babagana Zulum on the well-deserved recognition and the dual awards for Leadership in Security and Public Service.

Barrister Abubakar while congratulating Governor Zulum Said, i want to use this opportunity to extend my warm felicitation to the Executive Governor of Borno state, Prof. Babagana Umara Zulum, on the well-deserved recognition and the dual awards for Leadership in Security and Public Service.

“These prestigious awards are a testament to your unwavering commitment, visionary leadership, and tireless dedication to the people of Borno State and beyond. His Excellency’s transformative approach to governance, especially in addressing security challenges and restoring hope to communities, has not only set a remarkable standard for leadership but has also earned the admiration of all Nigerians, she added.
