A 75 years old in police net for alleged attempted rape of 25 years old lady in Adamawa.

A 75 years old man, Daniel Jaja of Mukuvinyi village in Hong local government area in Adamawa state has been arrested by police for alleged attempted rape of a 25 years old lady.
Image maker of the Command,SP Sulaiman Njuroje dropped the hint in Yola Tuesday explaining that the suspect(Jaja) was said to have invited his Victim to his house and Suddenly advanced forcefully to have Unlawful carnal knowledge of her until she resisted.
Njuroje in a press statement said,
Premilinary Investigation by police detectives handling the case has so far revealed that Victim while trying to depend herself against the unwelcome intruder(rapist) used sharp razor blade to inflict serious injuries on the erected private part(Penis) of the man.
And that,the Suspect is on admission at a Hospital receiving medical attention as the Commissioner of police, CP Afolabi Babatola directed the officer in charge of Family support unit of the command to take over investigation and ensures deligent prosecution.
“Adamawa State Police Command on 30/10/2023 apprehended a 75years old Man for attempting to rape a 25years old who visited him in Mukuvinyi Village, Hong local government Area.
“The suspect one, Daniel Jaja, 75years old on 18/10/2023 in Mukuvinyi village ,Hong local government area was said to
have invited his Victim to his house and Suddenly advanced forcefully to have Unlawful carnal knowledge of her until she resist.
“Investigation, so far reveals that Victim while trying to prevent the act used Razor blade and cut the Erec Penis from penetrating her leaving him with serious injury now on Admission in Hospital receiving treatment.
“The Commissioner of police CP Afolabi Babatola who frowns at the ugly incident have directed the officer in charge of Family support unit of the command to take over investigation and ensures deligent prosecution.
“The Police Boss equally calls on members of the public particularly those in Villages to give timely information to police especially against criminally minded elements who are in the habit of Committing Crimes against Genders”.The statement added.
