Adamawa Senator sponsor free medical treatment for 1,917 Patients in his constituency.

The Senator Binos Dauda Yaroe medical outreach has treated 1,917 patients of various illnesses in Borrong and its neighboring environs in Demsa local government area of Adamawa state.
Principal Medical Officer (PMO) of Numan General Hospital, Dr. Rephath Pius explained that about 1,850 outpatients were attended to while 67 surgeries were undertaken totally 1,917 by the medical team engaged.
Dr Pius elaborated on the surgical cases to include ; “21 Herniorrhaphies, 8 Appendectomies, 3 Cystectomies and 3 Myomectomies among others stressing that all the surgeries were conducted successfully”.
In his remarks during the free medical outreach held at the weekend, Medical team leader of the Senator Yaroe’s medical outreach, Dr.Jama Medan said that the exercise was part of the Senator Yaroe’s strategies to support his constiuents in the Adamawa Southern Senatorial District.
Dr.Medan urged for understanding with a to provide an impactful medical services in the area highlighting that, supporting medical experts and personnel were brought from hospitals across the country with health workers from the NYSC,
He assured that, they would do their best to treat the diseases, ailments and illnesses found among the residents of Borrong and the neighbouring communities.
He further revealed that, the free medical outreach was rendered by Senator Binos Yaroe in collaboration with the National Primary Healthcare Development Agency (NPHCDA) and implemented by ALKAF Global Investment Resource Limited on Saturday, 8th March 2025.
He added that, Senator Yaroe’s Mobile Hospital, was stationed at the Primary Health Care (PHC) Borrong town and had facilitated medical services to patients as most surgeries were conducted at the General Hospital Borrong respectively.
Earlier in his remarks to the inhabitants of Borrong, Senator Yaroe, reiterated his determination to continue improving the livelihoods of his constituents by enhancing their wellbeing through provision of free medical services.
Represented by Katawan Boniface, the Senator said that the wellbeing of his constituents is among his topmost priorities, adding that he would do everything humanly possible to put smiles on the faces of his constituents.
Some of the beneficiaries interviewed expressed gratitude to the Senator for providing such life savings widow for the less privileged in his constituency praying for God to guide and protect him in his undertakings.
A 32 year-old mother diagnosed with a case of multiple fibroids twisted on her left adnexal and ruptured appendix thanked the Senator for the free surgery which should have caused her N500,000 at a private health facility.
For another beneficiary, simply identify Danfulani said that what impressed him most in the medical exercise was lack of discrimination based on ethnicity nor religion considerations,commended the Senator for carrying along his constituents irrespective of their cultural and political backgrounds as well.
