Emnamu Foundation Donates SUV to Yola Catholic Diocese.From Umar Dankano, Yola.

A Non governmental organization under the aegis Emnamu Foundation has donated a Toyota 4Runner Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV) to Yola Catholic Diocese in Adamawa state.

Presenting the SUV vehicle to the church in Yola Tuesday, President of the Emnamu Foundation, Chief Emmanuel Musa acknowledged with gratitude the relentless and tireless humanitarian efforts of the church to the society.

Represented by an official of the Foundation, Comrade Godwin Chakuyata ,Chief Musa said that, gesture reflects the foundation’s commitment to uplifting initiatives for assisting the less privileged and promotion of social welfare.

Comrade Chakuyata explained that the laudable achievements and antecedents of the Bishop Stephen Dami Mamza as the Catholic Bishop of the Diocese attracted the attention of the Foundation for partnership in humanitarian related activities in the state.

He cited the church’s dedication in supporting the needy at all times citing the internally displaced person’s,IDPs affected by the Boko Haram insurgency noting that the bishop’s unwavering commitment to humanity served as a catalyst to alleviate suffering and empower the underprivileged.

“Bishop Mamza, you have been a beacon of hope for countless displaced individuals since 2014. Your selfless service to humanity has inspired the formation of Emnamu Foundation, as our president seeks to emulate your exceptional humanitarian strides. By donating this vehicle, we extend our gratitude and reaffirm our commitment to supporting your noble mission.

“An injury to one is an injury to all. It is imperative that we cultivate a sense of empathy for those facing severe challenges. The Emnamu Foundation is determined to contribute in every way possible to alleviate suffering and support the vulnerable in society. This SUV is a token of our unwavering support, and we hope it aids in reaching more people in need.”Godwin stressed.

Responding while receiving the vehicle, Bishop Mamza expressed gratitude to the Emnamu Foundation and its president, Dr. Emmanuel Musa, for their thoughtfulness and generosity.

Mamza acknowledged the donation as a significant encouragement in the diocese’s ongoing humanitarian work.

“This extraordinary gift is not just a vehicle; it is a symbol of encouragement and solidarity. The Emnamu Foundation has firmly established itself as a humanitarian organization of great impact, and I have no doubt that, by the grace of God, it will gain international recognition. Dr. Emmanuel’s selflessness and dedication to humanity are truly commendable,” Bishop Mamza said.

The bishop also praised Dr. Musa’s inclusive approach to philanthropy, highlighting his impartial support for people of all religions, ethnicities, and cultural backgrounds.

“He does not discriminate; he sees all human beings as equals. I pray for his continued success and encourage him to persevere in his humanitarian endeavors,” he added.

Bishop Mamza assured that the SUV would be put to great use in serving the less privileged within the Yola Diocese saying that “this vehicle will enable us to reach those in remote and underserved areas, transforming countless lives in the process. May God continue to bless Dr. Emmanuel Musa and multiply his resources abundantly,” he concluded.

Mamza later test drove the vehicle which was christened “Justice Development and Peace Commission (JDPC)”.Donated by Emnanu Foundation on the view side of the SUV jeep.
