Gaya Share Sadness Over Mele Kyari’s Daughter’s Death

The former Chairman of the House of Representatives Committee on Petroleum Resources (downstream), Abdullahi Mahmud Gaya, has expressed deep sadness over the death of the daughter of the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL), Mele Kyari.

In a statement signed by his assistant Ibrahim Umar issued to media outlets in Kano extended his condolences to other members of the Kyari family over the loss of 25-year-old Fatima, who passed away.

The statement reads : “On behalf of myself and family, I wish to convey our condolences to Malam Mele Kyari and other members of his family over the passing of his daughter.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time of Fatima’s passing and May Allah give all of you the strength to bear this irreparable loss..

Abdullahi Mahmud prayed to the almighty Allah to grant Fatima Aljanatul Firdausi and to grant the family the strength to bear the painful loss of their daughter.
