Governor Buni Awards over N2.2bn Scholarship to 890 Students.

The Yobe State Government has awarded scholarships worth N2.225 billion to 890 students of Nigeria Tulip International College (NTIC), Mamudo.

The scholarship, which covers a period of six years, will support students from JSS 1 to SS 3.

The official presentation of scholarship letters took place at the NTIC Mamudo event hall.

Governor Mai Mala Buni, represented by the Head of the State Civil Service, Alhaji Tonga Betara, reaffirmed the government’s commitment to strengthening the education sector and providing a solid foundation for future generations.

He emphasized that the scholarship program is part of the state’s broader educational revitalization initiative, aimed at enhancing learning across all institutions.

The governor urged beneficiaries to uphold discipline, embrace hard work, and remain dedicated to their studies.
