Kano State Govt Lifts 24hrs Curfew

Kano State Government lif 24-hour curfew imposed after the Governorship Election Petition Tribunall’s Judgement.
This followed the directive of the Governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf, to the Kano State Commissioner of Police, CP Mohammed Gumel.
Daily Hint reports on Wednesday evening the announcement of the curfew through the Commissioner of Police.
The development, as stated by the officials in the state, was to ameliorate tension following the Tribunal verdict which sacked the incumbent Abba Kabir Yusuf of NNP and declared Gawuna of APC as the winner of the 2023 gubernatorial poll.
