MAULUD : Governor Fintiri Felicitates With Muslim Ummah in Adamawa .

As the Muslim global community commemorate the birth of Prophet Muhammad(Peace be upon him),the Adamawa state Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has extended his warm felicitations to the Muslim Ummah in the state and country at large.
Governor Fintiri made this disclosure through a press statement issued by his Chief press secretary, Humwashi Wonosikou in Yola yesterday noting that the commemoration of Maulud serves as a reminder to lead an impactful life for the good of humanity.
Fintiri urged the people to take advantage of the noble messenger’s bequeathed laws, ethics, manners, and relationships with fellow human beings.
“This occasion calls for deeper reflections within the human race. I urge the faithful to rededicate themselves to the commandments of Allah, shunning all kinds of mischief that might disrupt public peace and human brotherhood.
“I join the rest of the world in congratulating Muslims on this special day and urge everyone to reflect on the lessons of the Prophet’s birth and life.”
He called on Muslims in Adamawa State to use the occasion to pray for the peace of Nigeria, especially during these challenging times of economic hardship. “Let us continue to support the government in our state to do more for the people.”
