New Brigade commander pay homage on commissioner of police in Adamawa.

The newly deployed Brigade commander,23rd Armoured Brigade Yola, Brigadier General Paul K. Zawaye has paid a courtesy/farmiliazation visit on the Adamawa state police command.
Receiving him at the state police headquarters in Yola at his office, CP Afolabi Babalola said courtesy call was timely with the need to enhance Synergy for easy tackling the evolving security challenges in the State.
CP Afolabi emphasized that the visit highlights the undeniable need for collaborative efforts for improved security architecture in the state.
Afolabi reiterated the importance of creating a Cordial working relationship and urged all officers to support the ongoing Collaboration.
Earlier, the Brigade Commander who was accompanied by the Senior Officers of the Brigade expressed delight with the reception accorded his team on the visit saying that all agencies need each for effective and efficient service to the nation.
had fruitful discussions with the Commissioner of Police and Members of Police Management team, addressing critical issues such as security Challenges in the State, Synergy with Sister Security agencies, Enhancing collaboration amongst others.
Brigadier Zawaye emphasised recognizing the significance of Collaboration and promoting community-oriented policing programs noting that the security agencies need each other to success.
Zawaye assured the CP of his unwavering support towards the enforcement of Discipline amongst the Ranks and Files acknowledging the pivotal role played by the police in maintaining law and order in the State.
He also pledged their dedication to Collaborating and training required for the Ranks and Files of all the Sister agencies to effectively and efficiently discharge their duties and protect the lives and property of all Citizens.
The Brigade commander and his team had fruitful discussions with the Commissioner of Police also in company of his Management team on how best to addressing critical issues such as; security Challenges in the State, Synergy with Sister Security agencies, Enhancing collaboration amongst others.
It could be recalled that, the military and the police had a bloody clash on Tuesday 21st November. 2023 night that claimed lives of personnel on both sides which is believed by many to have informed the withdrawal of former Brigade commander, Brigadier General Gambo Mohammed back to Military headquarters in Abuja.
