Nigerian Troops Killed 10 Boko Haram Terrorist in Yobe

Nigerian troops of 159 battalions, Operation Hadin Hadin Kai, killed six members of Boko Haram in an attack on their hideout.
In a statement signed and issued to the newsmen which was made available to the Daily Hint, Captain Muhammad Shehu, the spokesperson of the battalion said the troops recovered 2 AK-47s, 2 vehicles and telephones.
He added that the operation occurred on Thursday in Jororo village of Geidam Local Government Area of the state.
According to him, many of the insurgents fled after sustaining serious injuries at the battle.
“Similar operation carried out in Bajingo, Kurnawa in Tarmuwa LGA of the Yobe where 4 of the insurgents were also killed and recovered arms,” he added.
