Senator Babangida Hussaini, representing Jigawa Northwest, and the Chairman of the Senate Committee on Northwest Development Commission had said the commission is crucial in driving sustainable development, enhancing infrastructure, and addressing socio-economic challenges in the Northwest region.

He said the committee aims to ensure the Commission fulfills its mandate efficiently and transparently, promoting inclusive growth and improving the livelihoods of the people in the region.

Senator Babangida Hussaini made the disclosure during an exclusive interview with newsman in his office.

According to him the signing of the NWDC Bill into law demonstrates President Tinubu’s commitment to addressing the pressing needs of the North West region, and its residents are hopeful for a brighter future marked by stability and prosperity.

Adding that the committee would ensure the Commission fulfills its mandate efficiently and transparently, promoting inclusive growth and improving the livelihoods of the people in the region.

Commenting on the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda said the Agenda is a comprehensive effort to drive economic growth, improve living standards, and enhance Nigeria’s global reputation.

Tinubu’s led administration has established the Renewed Hope Infrastructure Development Fund to facilitate effective infrastructure development across key economic sectors.

Saying that the administration is also working to address insecurity challenges in the north west Geopolitical Zone and the country at large and improve governance.

To achieve these goals, citizens must continue supporting the Renewed Hope Agenda, ensuring a brighter future for Nigeria.
