A veteran -diva Kannywood and Nollywood actress – Rahama Ibrahim Sadau popularly known and tagged as Rahama Sadau is a quite common northern-Nigeria, precisely indigenous of Kaduna state that grew up and lives there with her parents alongside her three siblings, Zainab Sadau, Fatima Sadau, Aisha Sadau and Haruna Sadau. Her parents particularly her father, Alhaji Ibrahim Sadau is a business man who believed in training his daughters to any educational level they desire to reach. 

Sadau is so well educated woman as she had successfully obtained Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Eastern Mediterranean University in Northern Cyprus alongside Diploma Certificate from Kaduna State Polytechnic where she studied Business Administration. Her performance in educational sector enabled her speaking two languages perfectly aside Hausa language which are English, Hindi and a bit of Arabic. 

‘Career and Milestones’ – Sadau joined Kannywood in the year of 2013, exactly seven years today through her role-model Ali Nuhu.

She played a few minor roles before she was kickoff her strongbox-fame from her giant performance in ‘Gani ga Wane and Jinin Jikina’ films with her counterpart, who is believed to be her mentor, Ali Nuhu. By the 2016 she became the ‘Face of Hausa film industry – Kannywood’ as she equally crossed over to Nollywood in 2016 and featured in a movie series on EbonyLife TV. 

Other projects that earned her publicity in the Nollywood movies comprised, Up North, Zero Hour, MTV Shuga, Sons of the Caliphate, Tatu and, If I’m a President, among others.  In less than a few years the fast-rising actress established her own company named ‘Sadau Pictures’ and produced its first film entitled ‘Rariya’ that featured prominent Kannywood’s actors including Ali Nuhu, Sani Musa Danja, Sadiq Sani Sadiq and Fati Washa. The ace actress has further, before mentioned accomplishments emerged as the winner of Best African Actress (Kannywood) at the City People Entertainment Awards in 2014 and 2015. 

She has similarly won Best African Actress at the 19th African Film Awards in 2015 by African Voice – Britain’s No.1 African Newspaper.  In 2017, she equally became the first Hausa celebrity to appear in the top-ten Hottest Female Nigeria Celebrities. 

In other massive improvement Sadau set to debut Bollywood film around late 2021 alongside a veteran Bollywood actor Vidyut Jammwal, who is popular actor that featured in several other Bollywood movies and is the lead actor in Khuda Haafiz, an Indian movie.  

On 10th Friday September, 2021 the actress shared photographs with him in what may be a movie location. Sadau shared the pictures on Instagram and wrote: “Hello Bollywood… “We Out Here with Vidyut Jammal Vidyut Jamwalion’s. 

‘Sadau’s Philanthropy’ the stunning actress plunged in helping needy and orphans as she visited several IDPs camp and offered them relief items. One of them was occurred in Wasa, Abuja, organized by her foundation, Ray of Hope. Sadau also participated in the 2015 Cancer Day Walk orchestrated by Medicaid.

However, she has donated the same huge amount of money she gained from her new-film ‘NADEEYA’ to her foundation, Ray of Hope which in turn gave it to the needy.
