Another Chibok Girl Was Rescued by Troops of Operation Hadin Kai in Borno

Another Chibok girl, Mary Nkeki, was rescued by the troops of Operation Hadin Kai while in operation in Dikwa twin of Dikwa local government area of Borno state .
Addressing the press at the theater Operation Hadin Kai headquarters, Maiduguri on Monday, the theater Commander, Major General Gold Chibuisi said ” in considering on successes, the troops has rescued another Chibok girl, Mary Nkeki on 14th, August this year . Mary Nkeki was rescued by the troops of 81 Taskforce battalion Dikwa during Zn operation into the enclave of the terrorists “.
” Mary Nkeki was on the serial number 55 of the abducted Chibok girls list.. She was 27 year old, Kibaku by tribe from Kubur Mbula village of Chibok local government area of Borno state. ” the the theater Commander added.
General Chibuisi said “while in captivity, she was forcefully married to and Adam, a Boko Haram terrorists fighter . sine her rescued she has undergone medical examination, equally resuscitated and would be handed over to Borno state government for further administrative processes .”
He assured the people of the Northeast and Borno state in particular that the military remains resolute and determined to neutralizing all terrorists elements and criminal marauding Northeast and returned total and lasting peace to the region.
It could be recalled that 276 school girls were abducted by the Boko Haram insurgents on 14th April, 2014 at the Government Girls Secondary school Chibok, that has attracted both local and national attention.
Speaking in an interview with newsmen, Mary Nkeki said She and her husband repentant and decided to surrender to the military.
” We sneaked out in the night me and my repentant husband Adam and we came and surrendered to troops in Dikwa after interrogations they realised I am one of abducted Chibok girls they flown me into Maiduguri by helicopter and left my husband there” she said.
She said ” I don’t know the whereabouts of my husband, but while I was there I had a baby for him but unfortunately the baby died on the same day. I still love my husband because he is the one who pave way for our escape and decision yo surrender to the military “.
