Dr Umar Shayi, participates at interactive meeting in commemoration Of NPF 2024 Servicom week In Bauchi

The Commander General of Bauchi state Vigilante and youth empowerment agency,Dr umar Aliyu Shayi has participated at interactive meeting in Bauchi state police command in commemoration of the NPF 2024 Servicom week.

The meeting took place at the CP’s conference hall with critical stakeholders in attendance ranging from PCRC,National Human rights commission representatives among other top stakeholders in the security architecture.

Meanwhile,during the meeting key issues of sustainable peace,across the state were discussed to ensure peaceful coexistence of the citizens of the state.

The meeting was chaired by DCP Sani Shuaibu,Department of finance and administration on behalf of CP Auwal Mohammad of the Bauchi police command.In another development,the key areas of discussion were equally included on relationship between police and community,level of police commitment,response to distress call among others.

The DCP,Sani Shuaibu appreciates the level of support from the community in general and encourages the public to always give the first hand intelligence information in dealing with crimes across the state.

He equally commended Governor Bala Mohammad for given the police all necessary supports in the course of discharging their constitutional obligations

In a related development,the commander General of Bauchi state vigilante and youth empowerment agency,Dr Shayi,who was ably represented by Director Human resource and Administration,Malam Tasiu Mohammad Barau,applauded the efforts of the police command for their exceptional commitment,professionalism,dedication and integrity in protecting lives and properties across Bauchi state.

Malam Tasiu,equally urged the general communities to ensure peaceful coexistence among themselves and calls on them to support the police and all security agencies across the state to do their respective jobs effectively,diligently in accordance with the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and police acts,the statement concluded
