Unknown Gunmen Invade Imo Community, Killing Eight Soldiers

Over eight security agents were reportedly killed on Tuesday by unknown gunmen in the Umualumaku community, Ehime Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State.
Daily Hint gathered that the security personnel thought to be killed comprised soldiers, policemen and the Nigeria Security And Civil Defence Corps.
It also learned that the incident occurred when the gunmen ambushed two trucks of the joint security taskforce team who were on patrol and set ablaze by the attackers.
None of them survived as they were burnt inside their operational vehicles.
The spokesperson for the police in the state, Henry Okoye, confirmed the development but asked for time to get the full details of the horrible incident.
