“Our party the APC is still in power today under the able leadership of His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu GCF. This is due largely to your hard work and consistency; we acknowledge that yes, we are going through hard times.
Times when the promises seem delayed. Times when people ask questions that are hard to answer. Times when even some of us begin to wonder, “Is this fight worth it?”
If we allow momentary discomfort, internal disagreements, or personal interests to divide us, we risk handing over our hard-earned mandate to the very opposition we worked so hard to defeat. Let us not forget: the opposition is wat ching — waiting, hoping for our disunity. But we must not give them that satisfaction. We must rise above anger and impatience
We are here today to remind you: true change never comes easy. The same way you plant a seed, water it, wait, and trust — we must trust the process of the reforms that being are undertaken. We need to engage the process to be part of it and offer cogent solutions to anything we perceive is not going well we must take bold steps now to ensure that our children are not fighting the same battles we are fighting today.
This is not the time to scatter. This is the time to stand firm, to remember why we joined this struggle in the first place. The opposition wants to divide us. They are praying that we give up. But I know you — you don’t break under pressure. You rise.
Let me ask you: If we leave the house we built with our own hands, who will inherit it? If we walk away now, what do we tell those who followed us with hope in their hearts? This is the reason why we must ensure that the rotational presidency between the north and the south must be retained for fairness and equity.
The reforms embarked upon by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu may be tough, we must join hands to make them work positively. Slowly, surely — the economy will find its feet again, creating jobs and enhancing living condition; we must ensure that the voice of the common man is not ignored that is why we are here today. Gold or Silver we offer you not but we must stay the course for better days are ahead.
Let us not allow frustration to steal our future. Let us not allow division to destroy our unity. The APC in which CPC is the strongest pillar, is not just a party — it is a movement, a family, a legacy. And this family must stand together” He empathized.
